Game Pass Ultimate Perk not showing up

Hello, I have an issue with one of the new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks for Halo Infinite. Currently it is only available on the Xbox App on PC, but I do not see it in the Game Pass Tab on the PC App (see attached image). I have met the requirements to earn the perk (play for a total of four hours before August 17th and be a Game Pass Ultimate Member), but it is not showing up on the application, I am not sure why. It also is not inside the perks tab like the old rewards were, but that is the case for everyone I believe. I think also even if you have not played for four hours it should still show up, but as a locked reward. I feel that I should mention that I'm from the East Coast of The United States, as this issue has happened with other people that believe it might be region locked, but I do not think that is the case because one of my East Coast friends has unlocked it successfully. thanks for your answer. I have never subscribed to discord nitro in the past, so I'm eligible for this perk. but it don't show up?? Only the overcooked dlc perk shows up and yes I'm subscribed to Xbox game pass Ultimate

I tried to See the perks on mobile and on PC already but it always keeps being the same.

I am currently not using a VPN and dont know what i could try to fix it.

Hello Tom, so, it seems the inconvenience is caused by your current Wi-Fi connection.

Please try this:

Disconnect your router from the power for about 5 minutes, once the time passes, connect it and try to check the Xbox Game Pass app again.

If the inconvenience persists, try using a custom DNS address for your Wi-Fi network.

i am in a country where perks are available i tried reinstalling the app and i checked if it worked on mobile...

no idea what to to next
