Game Pass Ultimate payment pending

Hi!

After the first month of game pass ultimate, the recurring full price subscription doesn't work.

It says in my subscriptions it's "pending".

I have a working payment method (mastercard). I can buy games, and everything, but the subscription doesn't seem to work.

It says it expires and the next amount will be billed on 8th of November.

I tried unsubscribing and resubbing again, but that didn't solve the problem. It still says the payment is pending.

Anyone any ideas on the matter?

Did you use a Credit Card for the renewal ?

If so, check if you can find the transaction on the credit card website.

yes, i also did that. or is it because my account have pending payment for pc game pass this month ? i tried to cancel my subs but the status still pending
