Game Pass Ultimate payment is stuck on pending

I see the charge in my Credit Card bill, however in the subscription page it shows as pending. Since morning can't play online nor access game pass (till yesterday , Oct 9th, everything was fine).

The charge was on Oct 3rd. In addition Microsoft's website errors on changes I'm trying to make (e.g. change the payment method).

No support person to call or talk to for several hours here (GMT+2).

support.xbox.com to get the payment issues resolved. Support is very busy at the moment, so expect a longer wait, or choose to get a call back
when available.

I assume it’s just stuck in pending due to the trouble of redeeming the game pass ultimate as I don’t see the charges on my purchase history from Microsoft. thank you for your help.

With payment issues, it would be best to get in touch with our live agents as they will able to access your account and identify the root cause of the issue.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

If so, check if you can find the transaction on the credit card website.
