Game pass ultimate on nvidia sheild goes to web page not available when trying to log in.

Here in the US, that option is available. I have it on my web page as on xbox rewards app. Are you in the US or some other country?

EDIT: sorry I was looking at game pass ultimate. Same here. It is probably temporary and it will be back.

We have only one console, not trying to share between multiple consoles. I am the parent and have purchased game pass on my profile. When my son logs in under his profile, game pass ultimate is not available. He's trying to get a pack on MLB that requires game pass ultimate and when he clicks to get game pass it doesn't recognize he already has it (which should be shared from my profile).

Thanks for the reply. I checked the services and its running fine and i am also able to download other games available on game pass.

Also account logged in is correct.

But I can see a strange thing. When i add Dragonball Fighterz even to my wishlist from the web page, I can not see it in my wishlist in XBox app. But if i add any game from xbox to wishlist, i can see the same on web page as well.

Hello again, if you have Ultimate Game Pass you can play Game Pass games on PC without Xbox without Xbox, but the PC game catalog isn't as extensive as Xbox.

When you log in to the App, you will see the games that are available through the App.
