Game Pass Ultimate on multiple user accounts (same PC)

So there are two accounts on the computer, both of which have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, however one account installed a bunch of games from the Game Pass library and they are listed as installed on that account, but on mine they're not showing.
It's telling me to install the game rather than play it...the game is already installed on the computer. So why is it asking me to install it again on my account? But showing as installed on the other??

Hi i use to have a similar problem have you tried clicking install and see if it corrects its self

Yes and I hastily clicked cancel as I saw it was indeed trying to install again. Then I went and checked the other account and it says "Play" on that account so is still recognised as installed on that account. But on mine it's legitimately trying to make
me install it twice lol. Need a fix please.

it is issue, maybe you should connect with support. The game must be installed only one to both accounts

It isn't an issue on Xbox where sharing can be achieved by making the console your Home Xbox. See here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

It isn't quite the same on PC sadly.

Yeah, I had this problem just a couple days back actually and my problem was that the Game Pass app itself needed to be updated on my computer.

The app is up to date, on both accounts. Both on mine and on the other account.

yes this is crazy and doesn´t make any sense, is the same machine with famuly users and evey game istalled is almost fo 80 gb, if we need to play the same game with other family user in the same PC we have to istall it again usisng another 80 GB when is already intalled, it´s nuts. we need some kind s microdoft solution on this issue.
