Game pass ultimate on a chromebook

No as you would only have access

Gameshare is a console feature only

And cloud is only a subscriber perk

As it requires you to sign in into online servers not your console

Sub accounts cant roam while the subscriber can use their benefits anywhere as long as they sign in online this is with any service

And the subscriber can only be signed in online in one place at a time

What you are attempting can only work with cloud since you are using chromebook or remote play which requires your console to be on the same network

The only other way to do what you are doing is. A laptop by signing into your windows laptop or pc to download said games

They just need to go here with Chrome Xbox.com/play

Sign in with the account that owns the subscription and that's it

This makes sense, but it still doesn't make any sense as to why Microsoft would put Game Pass on Chromebooks if they don't fully support it. They could just have it for Android phones and tablets while restricting Chromebook users. Idk, Hopefully they can roll out the browser version of Xcloud to ios and other devices like Chromebooks. Try making sure the chrome book is up to date and reinstall the game pass app. This might help. Also make sure you are using the Chromebook close enough to the router on a 5ghz network or ideally use a ethernet cable.

Gamepass can also work on an android tablet or phone if you are still having problems with the Chromebook.
