Game Pass Ultimate offer for £1

Have just signed up for Game Pass Ultimate as advertised for £1, but have been charged £10.99. The offer for £1 still appears both on Xbox One and through Xbox website on Windows 10 pc. The information does say offer is for this holiday. Has anyone
else had this issue? I am in the UK.

if the $1 1 month gamne pass ultimate deal is still on then i stocked up on gold and then took this offer as it converted all of my gold to game pass ultimate on a 1:1 conversion ratio

there is an offer for 1 month Game Pass Ultimate for just 1 $/€/£.

If he had already used that or similar offers, he will be no longer eligible for more trial offers.

you do, however there should be a promotional offer for $1 for the month, and the same with game pass ultimate!

Thanks for coming to the forums. Have you ever had game pass ultimate in the past? If so this is why you were charged the full amount. As the 1$ promotion is for new subscribers. If you never had the subscription, we recommend requesting a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I do not recall ever having Game Pass before, so I will try your suggestion. Unfortunately the call back method is unavailable at present, however a chat may work.
