Discus and support game pass ultimate not working with game share in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; so i game share the ultimate game pass with a friend and yesterday it stopped working. i made sure his account was still set as home xbox on my xbox....     game pass ultimate not working with game share


    so i game share the ultimate game pass with a friend and yesterday it stopped working. i made sure his account was still set as home xbox on my xbox. it is. but the wierd thing is once i log on his account i get the game pass benefits back then once i log off i lose them. im sure this is a bug or something could someone clarify?

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    If you have Ultimate you can share with him

    On PC, even if Xbox Game Pass Ultimate there is no option to share it yet but if you're pertaining to Xbox console, yes, you can share Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    Cloud game it's only available with Game Pass Ultimate, Game pass for console doesn't work for this and the account must be the one with the suscription active, can't be trough game sharing
