Game Pass ultimate not working!! Please help me

I already buy ultimate game pass.. if check at my profile, it will show that I already bought it..but when i want to play, its say I'm need to buy game pass ultimate again..when I press the button buy or join game pass again..it will pop up msg error.. this is frustrating..please help me

Kindly check first if the subscription is active there, if it's active, please do the steps below to sort out the issue.

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Do a factory reset

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

Soo how team Microsoft solve this problem?? If I get refunded, my account still cannot join game pass ultimate.. still cannot buy again.. please give me solution or help me make this right..

I already do first solution and second solution.. still both cannot be normal back.. still cannot download/install the game to my xbox series X.. if I use or install using my phone, it can install to my xbox but still cannot play the game.. its say 'Try that again - something happened on our end. Pur-EntitlementsError K1/gxAP1hkytXOvG.3.3.1.3.2.1.17'
