Game Pass Ultimate not working on PC but will work one X Box One.

I switched to ultimate about a month ago and figured it might be a issue with transition.

Everything works normally under on my Xbox but when I try to download anything on my PC it won't give me an option to download.

I have repeatedly tried logging in and out of my account, tried both under the website and Microsoft store, checked login info, and checked computer settings to make sure even the region matches.

Any information would be helpful.

Thats what it was. An update is all that was needed.

Make sure you have downloaded the right game pass for pc as this may be why it is not working for you.

You can only play the "Play anywhere tiles" on PC if you haven't subscribed to Gamepass for PC.

For PC you can only download through APP on Windows 10:

Also, make sure you actually have the correct subscription and the contracted period has not expired.

Hi there,

You may need to check that your PC is on the correct build of Win10 too, that can stop you from accessing games if you need an update.
