Game pass ultimate not showing up

For the Xbox Game Pass just to clarify, is it showing as active and does it show on your end if it is the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or is it a different one?

The one that has Xbox live should be the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate just in case a different subscription is showing.

It doesn't show up in the xbox app (i was using Game pass ultimate app).

I guess that it isn't compatible, unfortunately.

Just checking my game pass it does show up for me in the US. My understanding is that games added to the game pass and game pass ultimate can end up region locked which is why you may not be seeing it when looking at your games included with GamePass.

The solution is most likely just time. The system needs to update and reflect what the account actually shows. In the case of the Game Pass Ultimate conversion process, it will indeed show that your subscriptions to Gold and/or Game Pass will be canceled,
with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription replacing it.

Yeah, the game will show up in your wife's game library, once she has purchased the game. She will then just have to start the download manually. Game Pass Ultimate has no effect on the game, as it is not in game pass.
