    Game Pass Ultimate Not Showing As Active On Android App


    Hello,

    Every time I try to use the android app for cloud gaming it says that I need an ultimate subscription. I do have an ultimate sun active currently and it just the android app that’s not showing that it’s active. Any help would be great! I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as canceling and restarting my recurring payments and nothings worked so far.

    Gamertag change not updating on android app

    Yes I have an ultimate pass and it shows correctly from there. It shows correctly on the console just not on the Android app. Strange.

    Xbox game pass for Android won't run games on my new phone.

    I'm using android version 11, I've tried the game pass app and the game pass beta app, and my account has game pass ultimate. This problem only exists on my Galaxy S20 FE phone, but everything works fine on my Galaxy Tab A tablet. UPDATE: As of today, the GAME PASS app says INSTALL TO for all games, and the GAME PASS BETA app shows the PLAY button darkened and not working for all games.

    What exactly is your Android phone brand/model? Are you trying to play your games via remote play or cloud gaming?

    From which country are you currently located as well?

    Please note that for cloud gaming, it's required that you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your account.

    For the basic troubleshooting, try to reinstall your Xbox Game Pass app and restart your Android device.
