    Hi everyone,

    I'm encountering an issue where my Game Pass Ultimate subscription isn't appearing on my Xbox account. I've been subscribed for a few months and have never had this problem before. My payment is up to date, and I've tried restarting my console and checking my account details online, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any steps I can take to resolve it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    The solution is most likely just time. The system needs to update and reflect what the account actually shows. In the case of the Game Pass Ultimate conversion process, it will indeed show that your subscriptions to Gold and/or Game Pass will be canceled,
    with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription replacing it.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that your console does not recognize your Game Pass Ultimate. As part of our isolation, let's check if your subscription shows active on your Microsoft profile, please login to this link using the same Microsoft profile that you use in your console: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If it shows active, let's ensure that your console's cache will be cleared, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle, kindly follow the steps below.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

    Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

    Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

    If the power cycle does not resolve your issue, let's re-sync your Xbox profile from your console. Kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the subscription once more after logging back in. Kindly make sure that the Microsoft account that you are using is the account where you purchased the subscription.

    Kindly verify if the status of your subscription if it is active by going to: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

    If it shows active in there then you should be able to use your subscription under your account.

    Please give it 24 hours in order for the subscription to be fully up and running.

    Additionally, please check if your suscription purchase is listed in your order history via this website

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If you can't see it, make sure you choose the "All Available" filter and that you're logged into the correct account.

    Please let me know if you manage to locate the purchase with the status "Completed"

    A friendly reminder, all successful purchases and payment on the account is saved to your Order history.

    To validate the payment for the subscription please go to: https://account.microsoft.com > Order history.

    And to check on the subscription status, do it here: https://account.microsoft.com > Services and subscription.

    If the charge showed up and your subscription shows active then it means you should be able to use the Ultimate pass subscription to your account.

    If incase that it isn't there, you may have activated the subscription on a different account. Kindly check all the accounts you owned because one of them might have the subscription.
