Game Pass Ultimate not reflecting in my Xbox account after renewal

Hi everyone,

I recently renewed my Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but it doesn't seem to be reflecting on my Xbox account. The renewal was completed successfully, and I even received a confirmation email, but when I check my subscriptions on the Xbox, it's still showing as expired.

I've tried restarting my console and logging out and back into my Xbox account, but nothing has changed. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to refresh or sync my subscriptions manually?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

What is the status of the subscription listed here?

Additionally, please check if your suscription purchase is listed in your order history via this website

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you can't see it, make sure you choose the "All Available" filter and that you're logged into the correct account.

Please let me know if you manage to locate the purchase with the status "Completed"

Hello again, the value for uprade is the amount you had paid for Game PAss Ultimate, whether 1, i2 or 3 months, after that as I mentioned the Gold that has in the account will convert to Game Pass Ultimate, ideally after the conversion turn off the auto-renewal.

Will it convert to two months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate renewal date is currently Oct. 20, 2024.

If you had an existing Gold subscription on your account and you took advantage of the Game Pass Ultimate offer, all those months of Gold were converted to Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Game Pass console, Game Pass PC and Xbox Live Gold. If you turn
off auto-renew, your GP Ultimate subscription ends at the end of the purchased period (your remaining months of Gold - now converted to GP Ultimate - plus the three months of Ultimate), taking with it all three of those services. If you wish to renew just
Xbox Live Gold, you can do so after the subscription ends.

Your first month is $1. After that, the subscription will charge at full price.

Note: A purchase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we will apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox
Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass toward Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum of 36 months.
