Game Pass Ultimate not recognizing my subscription on Xbox Series X

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can be used on Xbox One, Windows 10, Android (Cloud Gaming) & Xbox Series X|S The subscription is tied to your account, not the console.

To isolate your case, please login to this link using your Microsoft account where you purchased the Game Pass and see if it will show as an active subscription.

If you can see that your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active, go back on your console and kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in for your profile to resync. Once signed in, check back on your subscription.

If you don't see the game pass on your account at all even after confirming that it's active, kindly contact Microsoft support for your account to be checked further. You may use these steps as your guide:

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

What console do you have? Flight Simulator will only work for the Xbox Series S/X. If you have an Xbox One, the only way to play it is through the cloud which requires a Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
