Game Pass Ultimate Not Recognized on Console Despite Active Subscription

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription

Game pass will allow offline access for up to 30 days, until it requires a 'handshake' with xbox servers to confirm an active subscription. Your xbox must also be registered as your home console for it to work. Keep in mine, that some games despite being
single player still require an online component and have no relevance to game pass ultimate.

I apologize for any misunderstanding, but I meant to ask what type of subscription is the one that appears active, Game Pass for Console, Game Pass Core, or Game Pass Ultimate?

Check your active subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure you do have Game Pass Ultimate and not just Game Pass for console.

If I understood correctly, you have access to the game in your console because a game pass subscription is active. Correct? (The game is not purchased in your account)

If yes and if you don't have Game Pass Ultimate, yes. You need to:

1. Purchase the game on PC, in that way you're going to be able to play it on both Xbox and PC even without a game pass subscription

2. Upgrade to Game Pass ultimate if you only pay for Game Pass Console

3. Purchase PC Game Pass
