Game Pass Ultimate not applying to my account after renewal

You mentioned that you have already tried to log back in, you can try to power down your console and log back in to see if you can refresh the status.



If the issue persists, since community members do not have access to user accounts, you will need to contact Xbox Online Support to check on your account by following these steps

Hello again, the value for uprade is the amount you had paid for Game PAss Ultimate, whether 1, i2 or 3 months, after that as I mentioned the Gold that has in the account will convert to Game Pass Ultimate, ideally after the conversion turn off the auto-renewal.

When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we will apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass toward Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum of 36 months.

For example, if you have 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and 3 months of Xbox Game Pass already on your account when you purchase your first month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you will have a total of 7 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on your account before you
need to renew your membership.
