Game Pass Ultimate not activating on Xbox Series X

I have a active game pass but my xbox series x is telling me to join game pass to play and download games

Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

Call of Duty: Black Ops IV is a payed game, which you need to purchase as a disc (physically) for your Xbox One/One S/Series X or digitally on the Microsoft Store, for any Xbox One/Series X|S console. Because of that, this game requires an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Both the Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X versions of MLB The Show 24 are still included in Game Pass for Console and Game Pass Ultimate. For your reference, both of the games' listings have the "Included with Game Pass" button:

The triangle symbol normally means the system hasn't detected an active license for the game. Are other games also displaying this symbol?

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.
