    Game Pass Ultimate - no cloud gaming possible - page cannot be found


    Two questions really, why is Microsoft providing such a crappy customer support, even though I pay a monthly subscription. It seems all of it has been "outsourced" to virtual agents or the community. Secondly, why doesn't my cloud gaming work, even though I pay for the Ultimate subscription. Why do I get a "page cannot be found" error on my Android and Macbook", Seems like an awesome service. Thank you Microsoft for taking my money and providing no real customer support! Yes, I do have an Xbox controller.

    If the game is available on Game Pass and is on the cloud, and you have Game Pass Ultimate, then yes you can. If the game isn't on the cloud, then no you cannot.

    No. Game Pass Ultimate is required for cloud gaming. Currently, it's not possible to just play purchased games through the cloud.

    Only accounts with Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions can utilize cloud gaming. Guest accounts cannot use cloud gaming.

    you cannot use the cloud without an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription.
