Game Pass Ultimate limit and new Xbox

No. No requirements. Anytime you have standard Gold/Game Pass and purchase Game Pass Ultimate, it'll upgraded the subscription you have to Ultimate. It's not limited to new subscribers or anything.

Thanks for responding fast, the thing is I already stack up to 12 months with game pass for PC codes, and I see something like the limit is 12 months, but I have a game pass ultimate subscription and the stack up limit for game pass ultimate is 36 months
so that's why i was asking because they convert it in 2 months of game pass ultimate and they said I get it but when I go to check my subscription they don't put the 2 new months, thanks.

It's sent via digital direct. So if you don't use the code during setup, it can be used on another account or accessed another time through settings. https://www.xbox.com/consoles/digital-direct

You won't be able to use the code until you have 12 months or less of your current subscription remaining.

That’s what I’m assuming, but I hadn’t seen how the “digital delivery” of the code to the Xbox will work in such a situation.

If it just sits in the cloud until I need it, then that’s perfect.

And if it IS a physical code that is sent with the console, then that’s fine as well, but I was curious since the description specifically states it will be accessed during setup.
