Please, log out the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app, after this restart the PC and log back in both apps, you have to log in the Microsoft store app with the account that has the subscription active

If this doesn't work please confirm tht you still have Game pass for Pc or Ultimate active

You must also confirm that this games are available on game pass here, as every month some games leaves the library of game pass

Hello again, if you have Ultimate Game Pass you can play Game Pass games on PC without Xbox without Xbox, but the PC game catalog isn't as extensive as Xbox.

When you log in to the App, you will see the games that are available through the App.

Are you logging in on your father's account, or your own account? Because my fiance wanted to play the Halo: MCC on the PC one time, but she had to be signed into my Xbox account in order to be able to play it because my account is Game Pass Ultimate. Otherwise,
you have to have your own Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Just for clarification, when you say that you were "already on a 3 month game pass" I assume that you are referring to Game Pass Ultimate. Is this correct?
Did BT give you codes for Game Pass Ultimate, or did they give you Game Pass for PC, or Game Pass for Xbox?

Think it was game pass not ultimate and BT was game pass ultimate 6 months, it currently says I'm on gamepass ultimate. when I click on Manage it takes me too a page too log into my BT or EE and on going to my bt it says ends june 2022, Im positive the gamepass i was on was too run out 24th december. something don't add up. All accounts ie xbox app microsoft account were logged into email addy i use for bt, most likely will work out fine, just the xbox app telling me it ends in february, but that xbox app is pretty buggy at the moment. on WIn 11

I see you are having an issue with your Xbox App. If I am understanding correctly it is reading your account as owning "Xbox Game Pass for PC" when it should read for "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate". If that is the case here are some details that I will need to assist you.

When you log into your Microsoft account and check under Services & Subscriptions that you see "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate." and no other Game Pass Subscriptions.

If it does say "Game Pass Ultimate", please open the Xbox App, choose settings > Account > If if still says "Xbox Game Pass for PC" Please click the "Change my Microsoft Store Account" and make sure you are logged into the account that owns Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Sometimes the account that is logged into the Microsoft Store, is not the same one that is used for your Xbox Account or Subscriptions.

In addition, could you please let me know if the "Cloud Gaming" Option appears on your App setting menu.
