Game Pass Ultimate free month never recieved

A few months back, Microsoft Rewards had a sweepstake\challenge for a free month of Game Pass Ultimate, the astronaut one. I completed all the steps, went to the redeem section of the Microsoft Rewards app and redeemed the free month of Game Pass Ultimate.
I was never rewarded my free month. Took me 2-3 weeks to complete all steps as well... Went to support and was directed here and was told the issue would be fixed here. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

You should definitely contact Xbox support as I don't believe anyone on this forum will be able to assist you in crediting you the month of GamePass you are owed.

check your inbox, with the email that you entered that contest, because if it is very strange it may even be in the spam section

The guy at support said to post my question here and the promotions team would help me out, ''no time frame given'', was also wondering why he sent me to forums. It was part of sweepstake/challenge, wasnt a free trial. Did like 8 steps, took 3 weeks... Hope
im not getting screwed.

Yes I remember, I redeemed and it took me to manage subscriptions but the month was not added.. No email either.

Microsoft Rewards support for assistance.

I'm not sure if it would still be there since that was in October, but to get the free month it had to be redeemed through their redemption page (it would have shown 1 month costing 0 points). I don't remember if it would have emailed a code or not, but
if you did redeem it, you can check your order history on the redemption site as well and see if you can resend the code from there.
