Game pass ultimate for family via pc

How do my kids use my game pass ultimate with their accounts via the pc? They can do it perfectly via the Xbox but I can only manage to get mine to access via the pc. Similar to the home Xbox I want home pc sorta thing.

Then they should fix it so it does work properly. What’s the point to buying the ultimate at all then? Cause I’ve tried that it doesn’t work. Only way he can actually play the game it has to be logged into my account.

Hi Shantelle!

You can actually do that by signing in your account (which owns the games & subscription) to the Microsoft Store app to give them access to your subscription while they're using their own accounts on the Xbox app.

Friends and family plan is only available in 8 regions right now and they are smaller regions not major onea

Cloud is only a subscriber perk or a friend's and family plan

log into each ones accounts that are set on the pc, open the xbox app, log out of the app and in with your account, download whichever games they want then log out of the app and back in with their account, do this for each kid and they can then play fine, game sharing is only available for console but this is the work around for pc and has worked this way for years.

But my subscription is for Game Pass Ultimate and not for Game Pass for PC... My family should have access to the games, right? Otherwise, what is the family plan for?
