mano eu fui pagar o game pass ultimate depois de ter ganhado ele por 1 mes gratis com o codigo de presente, ai pago normal mas quando eu entrei no jogo disse que o mes ta atrasado sendo que eu paguei pelo cartão de credito e ta
dando erro 0x803f8003 e não ta entrando os jogos do ultimate porque ta como se eu nao tivesse pagado sendo que eu paguei ajuda

code, then paid normal but when I entered the game said the month is late being that I paid for the

If you are unable to pay the past due balance on your account using the link I provided, then your best bet would be to
Contact Xbox Customer Support to receive further assistance on this matter.

You can do this by following these simple steps:

Log into Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left hand side under
Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on
Contact Us
Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
Step 4 : Select your Issue – Payment & billing
- Select - "Show contact options"
- Select – Request a call from Support

We here on the Xbox Forums lack the necessary tools to assist you with resolving this, if the issues is on your account. An Xbox Rep will be able to take a look at your account and assist you with finding a resolution for this.

If you had a past due balance already, then adding a digital code will not settle the balance you owe. You need to settle the outstanding balance before redeeming your digital code.

Mas eu não estou conseguindo pagar a assinatura que esta esta pendente do game pass no meio da transação da erro e nao funciona por isso criei outra conta e assinei novamente dessa vez pego normal mas a outra conta ta com esse erro podeua me ajudar?
