Game pass ultimate don't work

Bonjour, normalement l'abonnement Utilimate contient du Xbox Live Gold et cet abonnement est aditionel.

Pouvez vous aller sur votre console :

Paramètres -> Compte -> Abonnement.

Et renseignez moi les informations que vous voyez l'écran. Tel que la date de facturation ou si l'abonnement est actif. Vous pouvez aussi prendre une photo, ça sera plus simple

Where did you purchase it from?

If PC You want to make sure you were signed into the same account that you use on your Xbox console.

If Xbox console you can check your subscriptions on the console by going to the settings screen and under the account tab there would be a choice for subscriptions.

Hello Arturo, Thank you for responding to me. This is my first time trying out the Game Pass. I have never used it before.

I was happy to get it and to see how it works; I was mostly interested in playing the Dead Space remake, but I was unlucky.

Maybe I can get another code if something is wrong with this one.

This question is asked because usually, Game Pass redeemable codes included with a device can be redeemed only by new subscribers. Previous or existing subscribers are not eligible for the offer.

You may want to check the terms & conditions of the offer or contact the controller manufacturer in case the account you want to use didn't have the service in the past.
