    Game Pass Ultimate didn't last a month...


    I purchased Ultimate so I could play the racing games, I have been a major MMO gamer since 1996, I host a YouTube channel for games, I am playing Forza 4, 7, iRacing, Assettocorsa, and CSR2 Mobile. After 5 days of game play in Forza 4 for the first time in 30 years I asked for a refund back on a game, Forza 4 Horizon needs a re-description:

    Best of British, unrealistic racing, against non-player character opponents whose purpose is not to win but knock you out of the race, the opponent vehicles are freight trains on tracks that run you off the course when they bump you because they do not move. It has great visual background effects but the foreground leaves much to be desired. The realism of the driving might pass if you do not have a Driver's License and have never driven at high speeds.

    I don't know how this game made it to console or survived but it is intolerable in my opinion (I went from lvl 1-90 in 4 days) then asked for a refund which should have been processed. I promise the negative review I post on the Forza line will cost a lot more than the refund would have. I purchased a few expansions and VIP to extend the gameplay and wish I hadn't.

    You might get away with this on an XBOX Console where people are stuck with your title but I am om a gaming PC and this barely passes muster for a Mobile game as far as game play goes.

    Perhaps if and when Forza 8 comes out I'll try it for free but I have no patience for poorly developed games and will not even be trying any of the other titles after this.

    Most recently there was an update that makes all of my vehicles impossible to drive because even after turning the steering wheel around twice all the way the cars won't turn more than 33%, I am not having this issue in other games.

    I redeemed a 12-Month Gold. It came with 4 months free Game Pass Ultimate. After 4 months, my Game Pass AND Gold are gone! How do I resolve?

    It didn't come with 4 months of Ultimate, it converted the Gold you added to 4 months of Ultimate. If you already have Ultimate on your account and you add a standard Gold or Game Pass code, it converts the time to Ultimate (since Ultimate already includes them) at a conversion rate based on the price rather than time. So the 12 months of Gold was converted to 4 months of Ultimate since a 12 month Gold is equal in price to Game Pass Ultimate.

    I bought six months of gold about 3 months ago and it went away when I activated a game pass code.

    You're very welcome. Your 14 days trial wasn't Game Pass Ultimate, it was just Game Pass. The Ultimate lasted 3 - 4 months like you said in your initial post. Sadly you can't extend Ultimate after it expires with just Game Pass.

    yea it is a live gold card but why does it convert to 4 months?
    Did you have a current Ultimate Game Pass subscription when you applied the card? If so, then that would explain it....if not, then am not sure what happened.
