Game Pass Ultimate Deal Fail

I've never had Game Pass Ultimate so I tried bundling 12 months of remaining Gold subscription with 3 months of GPU (totalling 15 months) for $1, but in the process I somehow purchased 1 month of GPU for $15. 1st support refunded that and unbundled the
subscriptions. I contacted support again because I couldn't find a 3 months for $1 option anymore to bundle my subscriptions. 2nd support then had me set up a new account, purchase GPU for 3 months for $1, then share it with my Gold account - none of which
helped to actually convert my Gold subscription to GPU. Now have 1 account with 12 months Gold and 1 account with 3 months Game Pass Ultimate... Anything else I can do?

I understand I can use both accounts but the problem I still have is I only have 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate instead of 15. The 1st upgrade to GPU is supposed to convert all other subscriptions, and time left, into the GPU subscription. Correct?

set the account with the gpu to home Xbox so you can use your account to acsess gpu

Not sure what I should have waited for but as I said, I did qualify, support told me so, then support undid the 1 month and everything telling me to just try the process again.

Yes so thats why you dont undo the 1month or you forfeit the 12 months

Support cannotnforce an promotion onto your account

Whenever you qualify or not is upto your xbox you shouldve waited
