    Game Pass Ultimate code not redeeming on Xbox Series X


    Hello everyone,

    I'm having trouble redeeming my Game Pass Ultimate code on my Xbox Series X. Every time I attempt to enter the code, I receive an error message stating that the code is invalid or already redeemed. I've double-checked the code for any typos and ensured it hasn't been used previously. I also tried redeeming it through my account on the Xbox website, but I still receive the same error.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? The reason I'm asking you this question is because only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get exclusive access to Perks. New content will regularly be available, which you can redeem on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass mobile app, or Xbox app for Windows 10 PC.

    Xbox Gold conversion

    If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

    No. Redeem your Gold first then redeem your Ultimate (like back to back within a few minutes of each other). What will happen is, the Ultimate will upgrade your Gold to Ultimate and add on the remaining 6 months which will give you 12 months of
    Ultimate.
    Thank you for the prompt response. I am trying to take advantage of black friday and able to get ultimate pass for 1 year, so gold for 1 year and ultimate pass for 1 year. How does this stacking combination work?

    on side note, upon purchasing series x, i got 30 days of trial ultimate game pass code, can i stack it on top of yearly ultimate pass?

    I cannot redeem my 3 months free minecraft realms plus with game pass ultimate.

    I am using an xbox series x to redeem the code. I have tried using my phone to redeem the code on the game pass ultimate browser but it doesn't register I have the subscription even though it does on my xbox. No error messages occur. All that happens is when I press redeem on the subscription my screen freezes and only lets me press my xbox button on my controller to back out. And I can confirm my subscription is still active.

    If you had Xbox Game Pass Ultimate already active before you redeem that code, when you enter a code for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass it will add as Game Pass Ultimate and not only Xbox Game Pass, is this your case?
