game pass ultimate canceling. now game pass beta for 6 month is cleared too?

Hello i done wrong to upgrade my game pass beta abo to ultimate.

I have no xbox one. But it was to late to see that the only Thing that changed wit the ultimate pass, is that i have live Gold for consoles and games for the xbox one.

so i wanted to cancel the ultimate pass but always want the game pass beta that i Paid for.

the abo was active until 02 - 2020 and now all is gone?

Pls give me my game pass pc beta abo back.

Since Ultimate includes gold, game pass for consoles, and game pass for pc, anything you already have on your account is cancelled and converted to ultimate when you upgrade. By completing the purchase for ultimate, you agreed to that and cancelling ultimate
would cancel anything that was converted. You will have to purchase game pass for PC again if you want it again.

Hi Maik,

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you upgrade your subscriptions to Ultimate, it converts the time you have to Ultimate. So when you cancel it, it cancels everything. It is stated as such in the

Ultimate game pas FAQ. Quote from the FAQ:

Please note, the upgrade of any prepaid time cannot be reverted to Xbox Live Gold or other Xbox Game Pass plans and is not eligible for refund.

You can request a call from support to see if they are able to do anything.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

You could buy prepaid cards. Even if they are 6 months for example you can add more than one at a time. Game Pass is stackable for up to 36 months. Same thing goes for Game Pass Ultimate. If you pick up the Ultimate only keep in mind that it migrates your
existing Gold and Game Pass to the Ultimate version. If you cancel the Ultimate it will cancel everything at the moment you do that.
