    Game Pass Ultimate bugged?


    Whenever I try and redeem my perks from my PC it gives me an error saying "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later." And this has been happening for about a week or two now. Any solutions or help?

    Major Xbox Gamepass Bug

    It's not a bug. Any time you buy Ultimate while you already have standard Gold/Game Pass, it will upgrade what you already have to Ultimate as well.

    Sometimes waiting is the easiest fix! If it's still not working tomorrow, perhaps get Support to give you a callback and see what's going on.

    I agree that it sounds like a bank issue. Are you getting a specific error message when you try and make a purchase?
