When you already have Gold and/or standard Game Pass and you purchase Ultinate, the remaining time you have left is converted to Ultimate. So if you were to purchase 3 months of Ultimate, your subscription would run until 12/2022 before you would have to pay again (if you have any standard Game Pass left, that would also add onto that).

However, what you can do is convert PC Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate.

If you have the upgrade for 1$ thenit will tell you there that it will be converted on a 1 to 1 for up to 36 months. So if you do it now it will start charging you on this day 3 years from now.

Do you play on two separate consoles? Check the current account you're signed in with on each consoles if they have different gamertags or profiles showing.

Does the issue happen to other games?

Try to remove and add your accounts from their respective consoles.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
