Game Pass Ultimate benefits not activating on new Xbox Series S

Please check for Xbox updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates > Update console.

And then check your subscription status. Kindly verify that your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active and in good standing. Go to https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

Hello. I have a problem with Xbox Game Pass... I buy a New xbox one series S and i have game pass ultimate paid.... And don't show no game în game pass!

Thanks for the quick response @ngocphi. So it sound like he needs to get another game pass for the PC. I am getting messages that MS is having server issues. I might wait those out. The Ultimate game pass says it includes game pass for console and PC,
as well as XBox Gold Live. The way they describe it, it sure looks like I should be able to use the ultimate game pass on both devices.

Unfortunately Game Pass is not available for the 360. You would only be able to use Game Pass on the PC or Xbox One.
