None of the steps worked for me untill i uninstalled and reinstalled the pc app!

try to log out and than sign in again. That worked for me.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Are you the only account on the mentioned console. If their is a child account also on the console those child restrictions will also affect your account if that child account is currently logged in. If there are no additional accounts I would recommend verifying that your accounts "content restrictions" are set to the desired level to allow you to download the games and apps that you want. You can get here by navigating to Settings/Account/Content Restrictions .

There really isn't a direct way to resolve this issue. Usually when you google how to specifically do something, one would expect to find an answer right away, especially from a big corp like Microsoft. But, this isn't the case. Reading other outside forums, like reddit, was much more helpful than any Microsoft forums, which is kind of ironic... It would be much more helpful if there was a step-by-step process to reslove issues like this.

The "Remove Consent" steps cannot be followed because there aren't any options to choose from when looking at the steps accordingly.
