Game Pass Summer Quest - No Rewards?

When I completed the Game Pass Summer Quest near the start of August, I figured I'd get the reward (The Division: Survival DLC) in September, as it said, "the following month". We're now nearing the end of the month and I still have yet to receive my code.

My game pass was suspended (couldn't pay) for most of September, so maybe that's why? Would a suspension like that prevent me from getting the game pass quest code?

Game Pass Summer Quest. 18 yrs old or 13 yrs old???

On game pass summer quest it say must be 18 years or older but on the check your quest progress page it say 13 year or older. I'm 13 and it wont let me do the summer quest. So this might be or mistake but I really want to do the game pass summer quest.

 

Game Pass Summer Edition Quest

So I had posted previously (over a month ago) about my progress for both April and May not recording date correctly, and thus not unlocking my rewards. I never got help, and never got a reply to that post, so I have a feeling this will fall on deaf ears.

Here I am again, this time with the Xbox Game Pass Summer Edition quest.

For the weeks of July 3-16

Quest 1: play 60 minutes of a game past game 3 consecutive days. I did that, with Elder Scrolls Online. I know it was consecutive days, and my time was long enough because the standard Gold Quest for the same week was 3 hours 3 consecutive days, which unlocked.

Quest 2: earn 3 achievements in ESO between July 10th and the 16th. I did that as well. On July 14th I unlocked 3 achievements.

Went to the quest page for this particular quest and neither of them show as completed.

What did you say to support for them to give you an answer as I am having a problem with the quest for September due to my subscription running out. I can't find an answer if that invalidated what I already did for the quest. Thank you
