Game pass subscription

I recently subscribed to gamepass on the 28th septmber which I was charged 7.99 for and now I've been charged again dor the same thing on Oct 2nd. Why have I been charged again??

Hi there,

be sure to check what it shows on the transactions for the subscription at
http://account.microsoft.com

to verify the first transactions, if they both show there too.

If it still seems to be a double charge then since it's a billing related question it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

To play online games you need a Game Pass subscription, the Xbox Live Gold subscription was changed to Game Pass Core.

The Game Pass Core subscription allows online multiplayer.

I thought this was included in the Game Pass subscription, I didn't realise some games require a gold subscription and as well as the game pass subscription

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the

Thanks for your post! Do you mind clarifying your question? If you are attempting to purchase Game Pass, subscriptions can only be purchased using a debit/credit card or with a Game Pass subscription card; Microsoft account balances can not be used to purchase
