Game Pass Subscription still enabled after being canceled?

Hello, first of all my english is not that good so excuse me if anything i write seems not totally clear.

So i created my account around 15 days ago to try the xbox game pass free trial.

After the free trial got activated , i canceled the subscription right after to only get the 14 days without any more month to pay.

BUT, i see yersteday that my "subscription" was unable to get the payment (quite obviously because i canceled it?). So when i go on the Xbox Game Pass Subscription tab on your site, i just see that i have to pay the 9,99€ even if i canceled.

I would like to know why the **** do i have it still "enabled" after canceled everything about it?

And, what if i don't pay the payment? Do you just lock my Game Pass until i pay for this unwanted month of subscription, or will it keep adds 9,99€ every month to the bill?

Xbox Game Pass

Hi

After you Game Pass subscription expires you will still have access to any games that you have purchased, you will only lose access to the games included with the subscription that you have not directly purchased.

What happens with my codes?

Gold trials can only be used if you're not currently on a gold subscription. So if you're still on a subscription, it won't work.

The game pass trial is only for accounts that have never used game pass.

I already tried to cancel my "subscription" on the Xbox Game Pass tab, but it say i have to pay the 9,99€, and nothing to cancel.

Also i already tried to find any French support of Microsoft, but there is nothing else then "Contact the forum's technical support (English only)" And then Twitter, no chat or even phone support like you just said... if you have any link that could help me
finding the "french tab support" i would appreciate that.

Ohterwise, if i do not pay that 9,99€, will the subscription cancel automaticaly because of the "non payment" ?

If his subscription is Xbox Live Gold, then cancelling the subscription will not affect Fortnite, as he will still be able to play that game online.

If however he has Game Pass or EA Play, then cancelling the subscription will stop him being able to play the games that are included in the subscription.
