    Game Pass subscription query


    Just a quick question regarding Game Pass.

    I am pretty sure when i purchased this a couple of days ago, it sayd £2 for two months, first month £2 and the second month free. But the email i received thanking me for my purchase stated i would be charged £7.99 next month?

    Now, did i read this wrong when i signed up? I dont think so, but ofcourse, there offer isnt visible now. Anybody else sign up to the same thing that could confirm i not going crazy and hallucinating?

    Just a quick question, due to a few errors a while back when setting my account up i havent been able to download any purchases on my main gamertag and i was wondering if i download the online pass on a alternate GT on the same xbox will it also work for
    my main GT?

    Not too sure if you mean you have been charged more than you should have, or if you have been charged £2 for two months, first month £2 and the second month free. Making the £7.99
    charge for your 3rd month of game pass.

    I would suggest that you ensure auto-renew is turned off, and contact customer support if you think you have been over charged.

    I havent been charged more than i should have yet. I have been charged £2 as expected, that fine. Just the receipt said i would be charged £7.99 next month.

    Ill wait and see, but thanks for your response.

    Hey how are you? I was reading you post and I think your referring to the auto renewal that is put on you subscription after the purchase. Those emails are tailored to respond that way when you buy the 1 month. You purchased a 1 month with a promotion of
    another month for free. So after the 2 complete months are done in complete the auto renewal will take over. If you go to
    Settings>Account>Subscriptions to view subscriptions or visit
    www.login.live.com

    It should give you all your information on your subscription.

    Can you change a regular game pass subscription if you meant to buy a game pass ultimate subscription

    I'm Nilay and I'll be glad to answer your query today.

    The upgrade of any prepaid time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can't be reverted back to Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, or EA Play, and you can't receive a refund for these subscriptions. You can, however, rejoin Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, or EA Play when your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription ends.

    I have unknowingly been paying for game pass for a long time and would like some sort of refund

    I have tried to contact them. Going through the support site and querying game pass subscription issues and refunds doesn't lead me to speaking to an actual person or even web chat. This forum post was my last option
