Game Pass Subscription and XBox 360 Pro

I've just bought a Game Pass code for three months and activated it on my account, using the browser on my PC. The subscription added to my account, as seen through the browser.

But there's no effect on the console itself. There's no button or anything to download a game via Game Pass, I can only buy them as usual. When I go to Account Management → Your Memberships on my XBox, I don't see any subscription except for the free default
one, and when I select it to check, it gives me an error message, "There are no subscriptions available for this game".

When I try to acces games via the XBox app on PC, Microsoft Store shows up and there's a button about installing on your devices, but there are no devices available for me.

And, yes, I've tried to add my console to my Microsoft account devices. The only way to do that was to add the serial number manually. It added as "Non-specificXBox360Pro". So the account doesn't really see my console as an added device. It only sees the
purchases I made.

Is XBox 360 even supported in Game Pass Subscription?

You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if there is anything they could do, but since the code has already been redeemed there may not be anything that can be done.

Ultimate includes gold, so you should still be able to access the gold part of the subscription through the 360.

Unfortunately Game Pass is only available for the Xbox One and PC. There is no Game Pass fro the 360.

What's the right way to refund the code? I've bought it via an official retailer, and the product page on their site wrongly indicates that Xbox 360 is supported

...

Is it possible to change it for other type of subscription? E.g., gold status (if it still works on 360).

Gamepass Ultimate is only avaiable on XBOX ONE and PC. On XBox 360 there is no use of the Gamepass at the moment

Unfortunately Game Pass is only available for the Xbox One and PC. There is no Game Pass fro the 360.

Hi Steelo!

You really have to pay in full price with the Game Pass Ultimate. The good thing here is that your remaining months on Gold and Game Pass will be converted to Ultimate as pro-rated.
