Game Pass subscription active, but can't access the library on Xbox Series X

I've been having trouble accessing my Game Pass library despite having an active subscription. Every time I try to access the library on my Xbox Series X, I'm met with a message saying I need to subscribe to Game Pass. I've already checked that my subscription is active and even verified my payment details.

I've attempted to restart the console several times, but the issue persists. Additionally, I've tried logging in and out of my account, yet nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and does anyone have any potential solutions?

I'm really eager to explore the latest Game Pass offerings, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your support!

If it is, tell me if you have "Game Pass Core", "Game Pass Standard", "Game Pass for Console" or "Game Pass Ultimate"

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is a question in regards to the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass. You will have access to the

Xbox Game Pass Library. As long as the subscription is active, the game license will be active on the Xbox account.

Kindly confirm if the Xbox game pass subscription is activated on your Microsoft account by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

If the Xbox game pass subscription is active, in order to fix this, kindly sign out all of your accounts on:

account.microsoft.com

account.xbox.com

Xbox beta app

Xbox application

Microsoft store

Then re-sign into your account where the Xbox game pass subscription is active in these links and apps. Then check if you will be able to access the Xbox game pass library.

I have had this same issue especially with the Gamepass library. What use is having all those games i am meant to be able to play if i can't access them to download in the first place.

The Dashboard was perfect when the Series X was launched, all menus worked and i liked the community tab.

Now it feels dull and like i say i can't access the Game Pass library, it just loads a black screen!

Please get this sorted!
