Game Pass stole my games

You have to install from ready to install NOT xbox store

Also if you are talking about disk games the. No you can't install those as it is a digital only console

I highly recommend doing a factory reset on your Xbox console.

To reset your console without losing your game data, follow these steps:​​​​​

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console. Make sure that you remember the email and password to your account. No data/game saves will be lost by doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Console info.
5. Select Reset console.
6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

This will also help sync the data and your licenses on your console properly.

Typically the games get flagged with GamePass, and fail to unflag when you cancel and reinstalling them will solve the issue

That's just it! They won't show up in my ready to install anymore. I haven't used discs since 360 either. I read somewhere that going to the store page to install was a solution if it wasn't in owned games.

You should be able to play the games you own without the Xbox Game Pass subscription. This could be a technical issue.

Please try these methods:

1. Test your network connection.

a. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
b. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

Note: Any outages will appear under Current Network Status.

c. On the Network settings screen, select Test network connection. If the connection test is successful, your console will connect to the Xbox service.

Note: If you're prompted to update your console software, select Yes.

2. Remove, Power cycle, and re-add your profile.

a. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
b. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
c. Select the account you want to remove (the one that’s experiencing the gameplay issue), and then select Remove.

Then try a full power cycle to completely reboot your console.

Important: Doing this does not erase any of your games or data.

a. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
b. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Note: If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure you hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the console completely shuts down.

c. After you have completed the previous steps to power cycle your console, try to restart your game.

Now download your profile again to create a fresh version of your profile data:

a. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
b. Select Profile & system, select Add or Switch, and then select Add new.
c. Type in the email address and password that you use to access your Microsoft account (the same account you just removed).
