Hallo liebe Community,

seit dem ich den Game Pass nutze hatte ich Anfangs keine Probleme.

Später habe ich aber neue Teile in den Computer eingebaut und Windows neu aufgesetzt,

nach den Aufsetzen war alles wie vorher bis ich ein Game Pass Game zocken wollte.

Es startet wie Gewöhnlich bein starten werde ich aber versucht es die Clouddaten zu laden

von meinen alten Spielständen und sofort gecrasht das Game ohne eine Meldung. Wen ich das

umgehe und auf abrechen drücke. Stürzt das Game auch nach 3 bis 10 Minuten einfach ab.

Brauche dringend Hilfe, es nervt einfach nur. Ich habe den Game Pass doch nicht umsonst geholt.

Und das Crash einfach bei jeden Game vom Pass. Spiele auf Steam gehen perfekt etc.

Does this happens with one game or several games? Have you tried to report the issue through the xbox app itself?

In mehren Spielen, dazu habe ich das bereits gemeldet. Aber niemand antwortet mir sowie habe ich den Support angerufen und die konnten mir nicht helfen.

nein wenn du es für PC hast ist es eigentlich relativ einfach. Du suchst das Spiel bzw. den VIP Pass über die Microsoft Store App raus und kannst es dann installieren wenn du es gekauft hast. Oder musst es halt noch kaufen. Wenn die das Spiel und den VIP
Pass verkauft haben, müsstest du ja die Ultimate Edition haben. Da ist ja der VIP Pass inklusive. Falls du nicht die die Ultimate Edition bekommen hast müsstest du zwei Codes bekommen haben. Einmal für das Spiel und einmal für den VIP Pass. Wenn beides nicht
zutrifft hat instant gaming wohl ein Fehler gemacht.

There is Game Pass for consoles, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate which includes both console and PC Game Pass as well as cloud gaming. Did you purchase Game Pass for PC or Ultimate? If you just purchased Game Pass for console, then you wouldn't be able to use it on a PC.

Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.
