Game Pass Reward Issue

The monthly game pass goal last month, was to get achievements in the fall favorites section in the Game Pass. The goal was to get at least one achievement in as many different games as you could (as long as they were the pre-selected games in the fall game
pass)

2 Achievements in two different fall games = Mystery Gift

4 Achievements in four different fall games = Ultimate Gift

6 Achievements in six different fall games =Ultimate Gift + A chance to win a $500 Xbox Gift Card.

I don't normally go for the challenges, but this one seemed easy so I downloaded six of the games and got separate achievements in each one. I was expecting at least the Ultimate Gift (I was hoping to win the $500 gift card too but I knew my odds were not
that good lol). The rules area said it would send a code in the messages after the challenge ended. It ended on 10-31-2017. I gave it a couple of days and tried to call customer service to see if they could tell me when/if I would be getting the "Ultimate
Gift". He basically just told me to restart my Xbox One. I did that, it didn't change anything. He said if I didn't a message then I should just go post on the Xbox forums...Soo here I am...Help pls

Frightfully fun Game pass rewards

have the game pass rewards even given out yet for the frightfully fun pass because I got more then one achievement in 6 frightfully games and haven’t recieved rewards yet ???

October game pass rewards

Hey there,

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

Prizes for quests are sent within the following month. If you don't receive them by the end of November, You'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

A lot of us are experiencing Game Pass quest issues. I can't get the Play Game Pass daily to work, but all other quests work. I've submitted the issue to Feedback Hub, Windows Key + F, Microsoft Rewards and to Xbox Support. They appear to be aware of the
issues with Game Pass quests, but they are backed up right now and we all have to be patient.

I've seen a number of reports with issues. Please report any issues you're seeing with details to the

Microsoft Rewards Support channel. I'm not seeing this months Game Pass Rewards as an insider and testing Game Pass Ultimate, so I personally haven't had issues, but the rewards support channel has been great for me with previous issues.

Depends on whether you own the games or you downloaded them from Game Pass as it is a Game pass activity. It can take time to update the points. You can also report any issues via the rewards site https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/?refd=account.microsoft.com
scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a link "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support"
