Game Pass renewal promotion - Didn't get the codes for the Forza games

Hi,

I did the renewal for my Game Pass subscription and I still didn't get the codes for the free Forza games. It's been two weeks now and I was told in the chat that I should ask for them here.

As in the official news:

"you will receive codes to download
Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 via Xbox Message Center, likely within 7-10 days, but no later than October 21, 2018."

You just probably need to have a little more patience and you should get the codes.

I did it, and they recommended me to come here...

 

I ran in to the same issue and I reached out to MS Support. After they confirmed I had made the purchase they had me removed and then reload my Xbox Account on the system.

I would start with contacting support to ensure that the billing registered your purchase. Work with them to confirm before taking the next steps:

Once I removed and then re-added my account I received my codes. Best of Luck!
