Game pass refuses to work

So I have been having this issue for a while now, even after a fresh windows install.

Game pass refuses to let me install and play games and keeps giving me error code 0x80070005, some games like Warhammer 40k Darktide can be launched from the games folder but wont be updated, and the only option the xbox app gives me is to delete the installation.

Online suggestions I have tried multiple times include
* Restarting the computer

* Signing in and out of both xbox and windows store and make sure you are on the same account
* Repairing and resetting all apps involved including games services
* Reinstalling said apps

* Changing the folders where games are installed

* Reinstalling windows

* Those powershell commands for the apps involved

and more that don't come to mind at this point.

So my only recourse at this point is to contact microsoft, which seems to be intentionally made impossible, so here I am, rock you like a hurricane, hoping someone can help.

Did that, also tried dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. and sfc /scannow to no avail, I suspect its account related, and on microsofts end.

Once done, please try to install Xbox app from this link https://www.xbox.com/en-US/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

Tried the whole list, still getting the same error, tried uninstalling the xbox app and now windows won't let me redownload it, same error.

I appreciate your effort. Let's check your account subscription page on https://account.microsoft.com/services and let me know if your game pass subscription is currently active.

If it's active, let's further isolate the issue by signing in or using a different profile on your Xbox app.
