Game pass refuses to log me in to borderlands 2

Dear Xbox,

I was very much against the idea of getting any Xbox after the first generation because I was well aware that this sort of thing was going to happen. I was going to pay for content, probably with a monthly subscription, and then for some inexplicable reason
that content would not be available to me.

As usual, I was right. After downloading the Handsome Jack collection and playing Borderlands 2 for some time I have now inexplicably run into a situation where you keep telling me to login with the account that purchased the game. Xbox live is showing no
down time at the moment. I am logged in with the account that purchased the game, as there is no other account on my Xbox. And yet, the content I give you a monthly fee to have access to is not accessible.

Furthermore, it is inexcusable that you do not offer phone or chat support for issues that involve customers failing to receive content they have paid you for. is there a reason you are hiding from your pissed off user base?

Yes. And I have canceled my subscription to Game Pass Ultimate as a result.

Removing access to a title already on my hard drive is unconscionable. I should have expected this from Micro$oft.

Assuming by the title you are trying to play Borderlands 2 with your Game Pass Subscription unfortunately BL2 is no longer in the Game pass catalog. At this point you would have to purchase the game. Sorry man.

After further review I have discovered that game pass ultimate removes access to content that is already on your Xbox once that content is removed from the Game Pass library. This means that I have spent $15 a month for absolutely no reason since I do
not have permanent access to the titles I have chosen.

This policy of Xbox ultimate game pass has resulted in the removal and cancellation of my account. You will no longer receive a penny from me for this service.
