    About a week ago I purchased a 15 dollar xbox gift card, I was planning on using it and today I attempted to buy something but it said my xbox account only had 5 dollars. I checked and apparently it renewed my xbox game pass automatically. I'm hoping I
    can have a refund of my 10 dollars, because I don't really want game pass. Please consider.

    I've tried but it sends me to a virtual agent that just tells me how to cancel my subscription

    Hello just call 18004myxbox(18004699269) for an official agent to pull up your account and refund you. No worries it will ask if you are calling with a smart phone just say no to that, and you wont get directed to the website, you will get connected with
    an agent via phone.

    To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.

    No games are refunded if they go to game pass. It is simply another way to pay for access. If a game is in game pass you can purchase it at a discount
