Game Pass recurring billing was TURNED OFF but I'm being charged ANYWAY why?

it's NOT confirmed ANYTHING and is trying to bill me for something I DO NOT WANT... I have already TRIED and TRIED to contact support but all I get is that stupid virtual (Mod Removed-Profanity) and NO ONE shows up for chat! I waited an
HOUR... is that a joke? ... I cannot call support, the first time they put me on hold, my phone will let the call go... I do NOT understand why this has to be so hard to contact someone!

Cancelled the Subscription properly, If the subscription is still on then you can always
Contact Xbox Support so that you can get assistance with this billing situation and turning off the auto renewal.

fixed it on xbox i had recurring billing turned on after the 3 month game pass ends this is why they wanted payment

i turned off recurring billing and game pass is enabled in subscriptions

now it shows game pass active
