Game Pass Quest: September

I recently bought the game pass and I'm trying to participate in the "Xbox Game Pass quest: September". But despite being a UK citizen which it states in the terms and conditions is a country who's citizens are eligible to participate in, it is not allowing
me to view the progress what so ever saying i'm not eligible. Please help!!!!

too qualify for the quest was I supposed to have Game Pass before September because I got game pass to do the quest and Cannot find it in my Game pass tab also when I try to check progress its says quest ineligible and I have already gotten 5 achievements

Also would you mind expanding on what the error message it gives you when you try to check your progress?

 

I checked my xbox and microsoft accounts (both linked) and both are set to the UK as it should be, this is the error page message

It looks like you are not eligible for this quest.

with a pop up message stating that I need to be a "xbox game pass member in the US, UK or Canada"

Did you just recently purchase game pass in the month of September? If you Did that could be why you are not eligible due to month started before you had game pass.

yeah i did recently buy it (within days) prior to the post, does that mean you need game pass before and after the month's quest to be eligible?

 

it can't be exclusive to the US because in the terms and conditions it clearly states that it's "open only to legal residents of Canada (except Quebec), the United Kingdom, and the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia". so where is the
disclosure that states its for the US gamers?
