Game Pass Quest Results

I'd like to know when will the results be announced for the game pass quest because I'm sure that I have completed the quest of February.

And I'd like to know how much time have I played if for.

Regarding Xbox Quests and already obtained achievements

One of the quests for Game Pass requires an achievement in The Division ("Gain a Foothold"). This achievement is unlocked very early in the game, and as a result many have already unlocked it before this promotion, including myself. Will we receive credit
for it, or is it impossible for us to earn the reward for these quests?
