Game Pass and Xbox Live Quest pages showing me not having active subscriptions

I just went to check the Quest pages for Xbox Live and Game Pass and both web sites have me listed as not having an active membership in either. This is wrong, my Live membership is active until May of 2020 and my Game Pass membership is paid off through
mid December of this year. Please investigate and fix this as I do not want to miss a quest due to faulty web site tracking.

 

November Rewards Never Received, December Only Game Pass So Far

Hello all,

I seem to be having issues with Rewards not tracking properly. I received neither of the November rewards, and only the Game Pass Quest reward for December.

I know for certain that I tracked December very carefully after not getting the November rewards somehow.

Sorry for the issue with quest not tracking. It can sometimes take a while for it to register. Mine have sometimes showed up 24-48 hours later as completed. You can check the Link on

game pass quest, it has frequently asked questions.

Question is how do I know if I've completed my quests?

Don’t worry! Microsoft is tracking the Quest activities and will reward users appropriately if all Quests are completed.

Quest Rewards are being tracked accordingly and Your reward will be sent to you through Xbox Message Center in the following month. Keep an eye on the message center!!

 

Same here. Hoping it’s just a bug in the system.

 

If you done the quest it would take few days to show up.

 

I've been told that in the past, and then I still had to contact support to get my missing rewards, which takes months.

4 weeks after conclusion of the Promotion Period.

There is a couple bugs not showing up stuff but they will add up to your rewards it happened to me...
